Hanna Court was a 50.69 acre site where a 411,106 sf Warehouse and Distribution Facility was being developed. This site had sensitive habitat due to the 1.3 acre wetland in the vicinity. ATS treated the stormwater runoff using Chitosan Enhanced Sand Filtration (CESF).
The runoff was collected in various retention basins through the 50.69 acres and conveyed to the main retention pond for treatment. Due to the high pH the stormwater also had to be treated with Carbon Dioxide to bring the pH to required standards. Over 2.7 million gallons was treated and discharged into North Slough Creek.
