Whitney Ranch – Rocklin, CA

Whitney Ranch was a 1,600 Acre residential development in Rocklin, CA. On-site work was by Phil Reome Construction and subcontracted to Newland Communities. This was the first ATS project. In 2005/2006 ATS discharged 23,000,000 gallons of stormwater, while being 100% within the permit limits.

FRWA Skunk Creek – Galt, Ca

ATS was hired by S.J. Louis Construction to conduct pH adjustment for hydrostatic testing. ATS pumped down existing pipeline effluent, corrected pH and discharged.  Citric Acid was injected as needed to depress the pH value to required water quality standards.  A total of 1,093,030 gallons was monitored, treated, and discharged into Skunk Creek.
