ATS was hired by S.J. Louis Construction to conduct pH adjustment for hydrostatic testing.
ATS pumped down existing pipeline effluent, corrected pH and discharged. Citric Acid was injected as needed to depress the pH value to required water quality standards. A total of 1,093,030 gallons was monitored, treated, and discharged into Skunk Creek.
