Village 23 was a residential development by Greenbriar Homes Communities on approximately 22 acres in Lincoln, CA. The site sits on a bluff overlooking the rest of the Catta Verdera Community in Twelve Bridges.
The Sensitivity of this site was derived from its proximity to a protected stream and the high potential for sediment erosion. There were steep grades on all sides of the site. ATS discharged a total of 966,489 gallons of Stormwater in 2006/2007.
